Your neoprene triangle bikini with a fine mesh texture in matte shimmering gold-beige tones. Neoprene brings structure and body, while the mesh look takes away its heaviness, creating a piece that feels firm and light at once. A fixed triangle pad provides reliable support, and for the bottom you choose between Cheeky and Micro.

Materials

Main fabric: 63% polyamide, 27% elastane, 10% polyurethane

Secondary fabric: 80% polyamide, 20% elastane

The polyurethane content is what makes this fabric neoprene: it gives it the characteristic firmness and body that classic swimwear fabrics don't have. At 27%, the elastane content is also higher than in almost any of our styles, which keeps the firm material well stretchable.

Care

Rinse thoroughly with cold, clear water after wearing
Hand-wash with a mild detergent for delicates, no warmer than 30°C
Press out gently, don't wring
Especially important with neoprene: never place it near a radiator, hairdryer, or in direct sun. Heat attacks the polyurethane content, making the material brittle and permanently costing it its recovery
Always dry lying flat in the shade, neoprene takes longer than thin fabrics
No tumble dryer, no iron

Manufacturing information

The Khaki Gold Bee Neoprene is handcrafted in Italy. Neoprene is thicker and less yielding than classic swimwear fabrics, so seams have to be worked flat to avoid bulk against the skin. Add to that the fixed triangle pad, which has to be fitted precisely because it can't be corrected later.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Khaki Gold Bee Neoprene

What sets neoprene apart from classic swimwear?

Neoprene contains polyurethane, which makes it considerably firmer and more dimensionally stable. It wears with more structure, holds its shape even when wet, and feels slightly warmer against the skin than thin fabrics.

What's the difference between Cheeky and Micro for the bottom?

The Cheeky cut sits higher on the leg and narrower at the back, but still provides noticeable coverage. Micro is our most minimal cut and corresponds to a thong. You select either option directly when ordering.

Why does this style have a fixed rather than a removable pad?

Because neoprene already brings structure of its own. A fixed triangle pad completes that into a consistently stable shape that won't shift, whereas a loose pad would get in the way in this material.
